Welcome to Scot JCB LiveLink, the advanced global positioning system that enables you to protect your machines and to accurately monitor and improve their performance. Using LiveLink increases the security of your machines and improves fleet utilization. It also allows us to guarantee scheduled maintenance of your fleet, which increases operating time.
How does it work?
JCB LiveLink uses the latest global tracking system and satellite navigation technology. A transmitter is installed on the machine and sends data via satellite and cellular networks to a database that you can access through our secure website — www.JCB.com — from anywhere in the world at anytime, day or night. The unit is hard wired into your machine's electrical equipment allowing critical machine performance data to be collected remotely.
The JCB LiveLink transmitter unit is offered as an extra factory-installed option when you purchase a new JCB machine. It can also be installed in all existing machines in your fleet no matter what the make or model. Connection to the LiveLink service requires a separate contract to be set up with JCB’s LiveLink partner, Qualcomm.
